Delete Account – MSR Namma Kadai

1. Overview

At MSR Namma Kadai, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account, what data will be permanently removed, and what data we may be required to retain for legal or operational purposes.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your order history, saved addresses, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

2. Who Can Request Account Deletion

Any registered user of the MSR Namma Kadai app can request permanent deletion of their account at any time, provided:

You are the verified owner of the account (verified via registered mobile number).
There are no pending or active orders on your account at the time of the request.
Any outstanding payments or dues have been settled.

3. How to Request Account Deletion

You can submit your account deletion request through any of the following methods:

Via WhatsApp: Send a message to +91 6381543144 with the text "Delete my account" from your registered mobile number.

Via Phone Call: Call us at +91 6381543144 (Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm) and request account deletion after identity verification.

Via Email: Send an email with your registered mobile number and the subject line "Account Deletion Request" to our support team.

After receiving your request, we will verify your identity and confirm the deletion within 7 business days.

4. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon confirmed account deletion, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:

5. Effect of Account Deletion

You will be immediately logged out of the MSR Namma Kadai app on all devices.
Your registered mobile number will no longer be linked to any account in our system.
You will stop receiving all order notifications, promotional messages, and app communications.
Any loyalty points, credits, or store wallet balance will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
You can re-register a new account at any time using the same or a different mobile number.

6. Pending Orders & Active Subscriptions

Important: If you have any active or pending orders at the time of your deletion request, we will process those orders to completion first. Account deletion will take effect only after all pending orders have been fulfilled or cancelled.

Please ensure all outstanding dues are cleared before submitting a deletion request to avoid delays.

7. Right to Change Your Mind

Once a deletion request is submitted, you have a 48-hour cancellation window to withdraw your request before the deletion is processed. After this period, the deletion process begins and cannot be stopped.

To cancel a pending deletion request, contact us via WhatsApp or phone using the same registered number within 48 hours of your initial request.
