By accessing or using the MSR Namma Kadai app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Service

MSR Namma Kadai is a local grocery delivery service operating in and around Nandiambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We provide an app-based platform through which customers can browse, order, and receive delivery of groceries and household items.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
• You must provide a valid mobile number for OTP-based registration.
• You must provide an accurate delivery address within our serviceable area.

4. Ordering

• Orders can be placed through the MSR Namma Kadai app or via WhatsApp.
• All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your order if an item is out of stock.
• We will notify you via WhatsApp or call if any ordered item is unavailable.
• Order cut-off time for same-day delivery is 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12 PM may be delivered the next day.

5. Pricing

• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
• The price charged at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at our discretion.

• We deliver to addresses within our serviceable area around Nandiambakkam, Chennai – 600120.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You must be available at the delivery address to receive your order.
• If delivery fails due to your unavailability, we will attempt re-delivery or contact you for rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to charge a nominal delivery fee at our discretion.

8. Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery by calling or messaging us.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, delivery area limitations, or other operational reasons.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or ordering.
• Use our service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or delivery personnel.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with our app or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

MSR Namma Kadai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes.
